Good but not sure overall

I went through a whole bag and I’m not sure how to feel about it. It sometimes seemed to help with energy. I cannot stand the taste when mixed with water though. I mix it with orange juice instead. I like that they’re 3rd party tested but I don’t like that the contents of each packet seems very small for the daily value. Part of the reason I wanted to try this is because it has magnesium, manganese, chromium, copper, selenium, and zinc; but the amounts are quite small. I like that the iodine gives 100% of the daily value. Lastly, I don’t like that there are only 24 packets. At the bare minimum there should be 30 since there are 30 days in most months. Might buy again, not sure yet.

Hydrates!

This was really to mix, and really didn't even need to stir it. I usually put it in my water bottle and give it a couple shakes. (yes, I know it's plastic). I had been taking liquid IV, but it was just too much sugar. Really happy I found this, and stoked that i get all my vitamins in too!
