Shipping and return

How much does shipping cost? 

For orders below $60, shipping fee is $6.99. Charging a shipping fee for orders under $60 helps us remain true to our sustainable mission and minimize the carbon footprint of smaller orders. We offer free shipping for all orders over $60.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship to addresses in the U.S. In the future we want to make it easier for everyone to shop sustainably, no matter where they are, and offer international shipping.

How long does it take to ship my order?

After your order is placed, our team and our brand partners hand pick and pack it for you. We aim to mail your package within 3 to 5 business days from the date that your order was placed.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed if you entered your contact details at check out. As soon as your order ships out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. If you have any questions about your order or have not received your tracking number, please contact hello@flora.co.

Please note that if your cart contains items from multiple brands, your order might arrive in multiple packages delivering at different dates and times. We will provide tracking information for each shipment so you can follow along with the deliveries. 

What do I do if my package is lost or delayed?

We’ll do everything we can to track down your package! After you check with your neighbors, and all property entrances, please contact us at hello@flora.co with your order number and shipping address. We’ll get in contact with the shipping carriers and further investigate what happened to your package.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of your purchase to initiate a return free of charge. To begin the process, please email us at hello@flora.co with your return request. Include in your email the order number (found in the subject line of your order confirmation email), the reason for the return, and the details of the item you wish to return.

We will promptly send you a prepaid return label. To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that the items are unopened/unused, retain their tags, and are returned in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the items at our facility, we will proceed with the refund process.

For returns initiated between 31 to 60 days after purchase, a $10 processing charge will apply. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and restocking.

How do I cancel an order?

If you'd like to cancel an order, please reach out to us at hello@flora.co with your order number as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been processed for shipment. Once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee order cancellations. 

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We’re always restocking our products and updating our website—so check back at a later time! Favorite your item (press the little heart on the product page) to keep track of the products you are waiting to be back in stock from your account page.

Payment methods

What forms of payment does Flora accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We accept digital wallet payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. Shop Pay can be used for a faster check out experience by saving your shipping and payment details.

Will I be charged a sales tax?  

Yes, the sales tax charged for your order will vary depending on where you live and the items in your order.
