Colloidal Oatmeal not in ingredients

This was advertised as having Colloidal Oatmeal in the ingredients. But the bottle I received doesn't have Colloidal Oatmeal in it. Is it still made with Colloidal Oatmeal?

It’s very moisturizing, and lasts a long time once applied. My skin tends to be dry most of the time, so it’s a perfect thickness for me and doesn’t feel sticky. It’s fragrance free, so it smells like…lotion? In a nice way. My go-to moisturizer year round.

It's thick!

Don't get me wrong, every girl loves a little thickness, but this is a bit much! Ooh wee! It's almost a bit sticky when rubbing it all in. I'll tell ya though, it keeps the skin hydrated which is exactly as advertised so I'll give you that!

Clean ingredients, but not easy to put on.

I am all for clean ingredients, which is what I was looking for when purchasing a body lotion. However, this lotion is very hard to smooth out on your skin.
