Using these as an adult

I like these supplements as part of my health regimen. but am not keen on the higher doses usually placed in "adult" versions.These work well for me, giving me an additional boost to my diet for these supplements. I quite like the taste, they are actually chewable to me but I just tend to swallow them. They are easy to swallow. I am happy with these as a nice addition to my supplements.

While these seem like a high quality supplement if you're looking for a D3 & K2 combo, if you want something that actually tastes good you should pass on these.The texture is harder than most chewables, and they taste like a mixture of chalk and drywall...I think you may have a hard time giving these to most kids. If you're an adult and just want a cheap good quality supplement and can handle the chalky taste and texture then these are probably just fine!
