Clarifying Shampoo | Build Up & Oily Hair, 8 Fl Oz, Color Safe, Vegan, Sulfate Free

I purchased this shampoo because I was having dry flaky spots on my head and wanted something all natural. After researching all the shampoos I chose this one and the conditioner based on the reviews. Big mistake for me. I have long, fine all natural blonde hair. I used as directed and upon rinsing out the shampoo I had loose hair in my fingers. Used the conditioner and same result. Handful of hair in the drain also. When I tried to comb out my hair it was like wet straw and yes I had rinsed all the product out. I have never had that happen before. When dry it was dry, Dry Straw. I also thought it look like it had a weird tint like yellowish orange, hard to describe but thought maybe it’s just me until later at the mailbox my neighbor asked what did I do to my hair. She asked if I put a rinse on it said it was kind of a different color. I’m not sure what was in this shampoo and conditioner to do this damage to my hair but I will not be using it again nor do I recommend to anyone with fine or light blonde hair. I have shampooed several times since with my normal shampoo and it did not take that tint out yet and I am not happy.Update: The seller reached out and offered me a choice for a different product or a refund. I chose the refund as I was afraid to use anything else on my hair. I really appreciate the great customer service. It’s a shame these products didn’t work for me because this company obviously cares about their customers and for that I think they deserve 5 stars.

Works great. Clarifies well. No unnatural chemicals or fragrances.

Love the ingredients. Strong tea tree scent, does not weigh down your hair.

I like the smell. I loved using this shampoo as a clearfing shampoo. Great as a pre shampoo type of shampoo. Helps clean away the hair products out of my hair after styling.

This is a non-lathering (no suds) shampoo, I found myself needing a lot. I was hoping for a lower cost alternative but look like I am going to stick with the Tea Tree brand shampoo.
