I really liked the ingredients which is why I essentially thought would work for me. To be honest to me it was not worth the price and I will not be purchasing this again. This might work for others but it did not work for me I did not like the after taste and even after I brushed my teeth I still felt as though my teeth were no clean. Maybe I will try a different flavor if available but for the moment I will not be purchasing this particular item or flavor again.
