Love the minty feel

I love the minty feel of this conditioner. It makes my scalp tingle and feel very fresh. I have not noticed any thickening of my hair but will stick with it for longer. I did take one star off because the main reason I use conditioner is to reduce tangles and make combing my hair out easier. This conditioner did not help with that at all. I needed to use an after product just to comb my hair out. But I did love the smell and feel while in the shower.

Made my curly hair unmanageably frizzy

It does not feel like it moisturizes very well and my hair became a bird's nest of frizz using this product. I almost decided to cut off all my hair because it was unmanageable but instead went back to my old conditioner. Maybe it works OK for other types of hair. But the conditioner doesn't feel creamy and thick, it rinses away very easily. It tingles a bit and smells nice, but ultimately that's not why I'm buying conditioner. I definitely won't be buying again. I kind of wish I could get a refund.

Five stars for everything except ten stars for scent

I don't splurge at all on beauty regimen but I will be buying this again. It has definitely made my thinning hair seem fuller and softer. But what puts it over the top and makes it a repeat purchase for me is the scent. Particularly in the heat of summer, the intense mint is so refreshing and clean smelling it almost cools you off. Absolutely the best.

Overall it's ok

I have been using this for over 2 months now and haven't noticed any miraculous hair growth. My hair does feel pretty soft the next day and the scent is nice but pretty faint. It's a decent conditioner and overall has a lot of good things about it, the lack of no-no ingredients is always a plus.

This biotin conditioner works great for me!

I have always struggled with fake/artificial scents in body products because they give me a headache. The scent in this conditioner comes from natural essential oils so it didn't effect me at all. My hair is long and curly and it seems to do well conditioning my hair. I don't have thin/thinning hair so I am not sure if it actually helps regrow hair, but some other reviewers said that it did.
