These tablets are pretty much like super-dosed Tums, but better. With all of the food enzymes included (Bromelain (from pineapple), Papain (from papaya), mix of Licorice Root, Fennel Seed, and Ginger Root powders), they are almost certain to help digestion issues. These tablets taste sweet and fruity, and a little on the tart side. I actually find it very refreshing. So far, I have not had to take more than 1 tablet at a time, so these three bottles are going to last a long time. Overall, I am very happy with them and will probably continue to buy. I would recommend you trying them.

These are very sweet chewable. They are large in size. They have some fillers in addition to the active ingredients. The dose of the active enzyme ingredients are low and it is not recommended to take more than 3 doses daily which allows for 2 after every meal. I ordered these for occasional need not as a long term health solution and I believe they are capable and adequate for that. As mentioned they are sweet. I can tolerate the taste but my teen who likes sweet things did not like the taste and would rather swallow a pill. These are for chewing not swallowing. I always research a supplement before I consume it out of concern for my health and safety. There are too many sketchy products on the market. Zahler is a US manufacturer who thoroughly lab tests their ingredients for potency and purity. Then they go a step further and test for toxic metals, microbial contaminants and likely adulterants. These digestive enzymes are part of my supplement regimen to achieve my goal. My autoimmune disease is flared by gluten and dairy so it is appreciated that thissupplement is free of those items. It is also free of GMOs and soy and all Zahler supplements are Kosher. This supplement is basically a healthier version of Tums. In addition to calcium it includes Papaya and bromelain to aid in digestion. However, it does include one ingredient I am not pleased with. They have used sucralose which is an artificial sweetener. I can't give this product 5 stars as long as it contains an artificial sweetener. These tablets are quite sweet when chewed and have a pleasant flavor. They could stand to be less sweet in my opinion. I would like to see them remove the Sucralose altogether. If a sweetener is necessary, please replace it with a natural sweetener.

This quality supplement came well packaged in tamper proof bottles with shrink wrap and cap seal. The chewable tablets were a little chalky but not at all unpleasant with a mild fruity flavor. I got these for the papaya powder predominantly, but the other added ingredients were just a bonus, including a small amount of calcium. I do find that taking these right after a meal can reduce that bloating and feeling of fullness. I haven’t noticed any ill side effects and I’m taking only two following a meal. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

You get three 100 count bottles. If you consume two tablets a day, then this set will last you roughly 5 months. On most days I take two after dinner so it helps settle my stomach before bed.The tablets themselves are easily chewable and melt away pretty quickly, similar to tums. The difference is these have added ingredients on top of the calcium... including ginger, fennel, etc. These work better for me than the standard calcium tablets and the price is great for what you get.The taste is pleasantly fruit forward, it still has some of that chalk-like taste associated with calcium tablets, but it's not a big deal. I haven't experienced any issues while using this product, seems to be made well and plan on continuing to enjoy them.
