Tone it Down conditioner works!

Last winter and spring I was using the Tone It Down conditioner and perhaps took it for granted. I was not crazy about all the indigo coloring on my hands and body while using it (that does wash off), and thought the bar maybe didn't last as long as it should have. But, I did feel my hair looked so bright and cool-toned in a pretty silver (photo in pink shirt). This summer I thought I'd purchase another brand and liked that it did not bleed in the shower. Plus, it's a bigger bar and lasting longer. However, my hair is yellowing (photo in red shirt), and I feel the purple bar I am using now is not working at all. The yellowing may be a summer thing, but I am not out in the sun much and use less heat on my hair than in winter. The purple bleed in the shower leads me to believe that it's actually working to lightly tint and brighten. I am purchasing Ethique again and hope to get rid of the dull yellow.
