Awesome Fiber Addition to Daily Diet

I have been using chia seeds for fiber, gut health, & as a great source of fatty acids for years. Lately, I have been reading in health blogs about the promising health benefits of hemp seeds. I have been adding 2 tablespoons to my yogurt each day, in addition to the chia seeds, & it just makes my entire gut & gastrointestinal system feel great. In addition, my bowel movements are more frequent, easier, & larger than before combining the hemp & chia seeds together. I feel light on my feet & never bloated. Plus, they have a great nutty taste.
