Organic Cotton Neck Roll Pillow

The cover was not cotton, it was polyurethane. I wanted 100% organic material. Nothing about this was organic. When I emailed for a return, I was told over a week ago that you would be contacting the manufacturer. I have not heard from you.

If I do not hear from you by next week, I will dispute this with my visa company.

Ended up giving it to mom as a neck pillow for her tv/relax time. Bought it to help loosen my neck, I think it (buckwheat) could be a good option if you can afford it, if you are an adult above 5 ft I'd recommend getting the largest one you can, the pillow needs to cover a little bit more space than the inside of your neck, the formation of the buckwheat will likely do the rest. It is probably a good choice for relieving tension in the neck as you sleep, might look into getting another one myself.

I purchased the 4x12 millet pillow for my neck. This mini support pillow is supposed to be used alongside a regular pillow so that you get specific support for the curvature of your neck while sleeping. In other words, if you wake up with sharp or burning pain beneath the back of your head every morning, chances are you need something to support the weight of your head and keep it in place.Immediately after I unpacked the pillow, I noticed a glaring issue other folks have alluded to in their reviews. The pillowcase isn't that great of quality or design. I feel (for the price) that a fill liner should have been included as an option as some folks don't need to change the fill level every time they need to wash the cover. As it stands, with only a single cover and the fill loosely poured inside, the fill easily falls out of the cover via the zipper. A bit of tossing and turning can easily dislodge the zipper and have you leaking millet shells everywhere on your bed. I had to make an additional pillow cover for my mini roll and treat the included cover as the fill cover (with a small reinforcement of the zipper). That way there would be no catastrophic accident where the fill would spill everywhere and at least be contained in the second cover.I wouldn't be this critical of the pillow if it weren't for the price point. $2 worth of thin fabric and some stitching for a fill liner should be obvious. Besides that, the pillow is perfectly sized for what I needed it for and is comfortable.

I am very happy with my pillow!!! It is comfortable and the size is perfect. I recommend this pillow.
