Terrible service

I ordered a product. My Google pay has an older address listed. Before the product shipped. I called emailed and contacted Flora through all the means I could find. They still shipped the product to the wrong address and said there was nothing they could do about it. Watch out if you ever have to deal with their customer service.

I have only used the oil one time and found it to be easy to use. The smell is not great, but neither is it bad. The texture reminds me of a thick salve. I think that it is getting to my roots and look forward to seeing a difference in my thinning hair. Have already recommended to a couple of friends with similar problems.
