So nice

Really like this shampoo and the mint/vanilla scent. Unique scent and washes great. I have mildly wavy hair that's on the thinner side and this shampoo offers moisture without the grease.

Quality Shampoo with a Great Mission

I was drawn to the Alaffia products because of their ingredients and the mission they are tied to. We have tried several. This shampoo definitely feels thick, lathers well, and leaves our hair feeling literally squeaky clean. I also love being able to pump it, and the lavender smell is great (but coconut is my fave). My only reason for giving it four stars is simply because you have to really ensure you rinse very well. Because it is so thick, I’ve noticed it takes a little extra effort. Overall, my whole fam is still very pleased.

best natural shampoo i’ve used

this is probably the best natural shampoo i’ve used. other shampoos that i’ve used with no sulfates or parabens would leave my hair heavy, oily, and visibly greasy (i have naturally straight hair, so it is very noticeable). i’ve found it works best for my hair when i shampoo twice and really make sure to get all of it out. the mint smell is really nice and leaves my hair feeling soft. my only complaint is that after i wash it out, it makes my hair feel “squeaky” clean. but as soon as my hair is dry, it goes away

I'm just about at the end of the bottle and I probably won't buy another

I've been able to make this shampoo last for the better part of a year now but in that time I've been unhappy with how greasy and frizzy my hair feels and gets even with the use of a healthy light weight conditioner. Additionally, my scalp feels oily a day after using the shampoo and has itched here and there for months now. One thing I noticed is when I scratch my scalp, flakes fall. I did not have this issue before. Prior to using this shampoo, I used Head and Shoulders which left my hair feeling soft and moisturized but I wanted something with healthier ingredients and found this shampoo. I will be looking into a different product or brand now.
