LOVE this shampoo, but strongly advise company to package it so it doesn't leak!

We had to get a replacement for the first bottle that had product spilling out. I LOVE THE SHAMPOO and the company's products across the board - but the packaging needs work or at least the packing before shipping. No one wants it leaking out! oof

Absolutely LOVE this shampoo, but it was not packaged correctly

I have been using this shampoo for years. It is my absolutely favorite. I've never had problems with shipping before but this time it arrived and had exploded in transit. Normally, it comes with tape around the lid to prevent leakage, but it didn't have tape this time. Thankfully I didn't lose a ton of product, but hopefully they go back to using the tape to keep things secured!
