This biotin shampoo is very good. It has a very rich lather... a little goes a long way. The mint scent is very strong. It was well-sealed. While it cleans very well, I have not noticed a change in body, bounce or fullness in my hair. The shampoo itself is thin with a whitish-shimmery hue. Hope this helps! :-)
I bought this for my wife as her hair are thinning. She likes the shampoo as it is very moisturizing and conditioning. It smells really good and makes hair really smooth. Little amount gives a good amount of lather. Time will tell if the thinning goes away with the use. Overall a good product and recommend it.
This Biotin shampoo actually does make my hair feel thicker and coarser. The peppermint essential oil is an amazing way to start my day with the stimulating cooling effect on my scalp. After shampooing, I use my standard conditioner and Macadamia oils then blow dry. This has a fresh scent and works very well on my high and lowlights.
My husband has been using this shampoo and he likes it. The scent is peppermint, and he likes that it's not floral or other sweet scent. It does seem to make his hair appear thicker, but the difference is not huge. If you were not looking for it, you probably wouldn't notice. It does clean well and it rinses out nicely. You do not need to use very much product to get a good lather. It is a little more expensive than similar products that are available, but he doesn't like to experiment much, so he likes this one, we will keep using it.

So of course mine did too. I'd pretty much gotten used to looking like them when I found this. I was skeptical but gave it a try and I am impressed! My hair has a slightly rougher texture after using it, but does not seem to knot or tangle easier, so that's a big plus. It is fluffier and it really does seem thicker and responds well to heat. I use this shampoo once or twice a week and a cleansing shampoo once a week, along with conditioner on the ends daily. I'm really impressed with the results.
