Getting better sleep

I’ve struggled for years with not sleeping through the night. No trouble falling asleep, but I wake early and can’t go back to sleep. After 3 days of spraying this on my feet and rubbing it in, I started sleeping through until my alarm went off. I haven’t changed anything else in my routine, so I’d like to believe it’s due to the magnesium spray. I appreciated the included information pamphlet. It prolongs my bedtime routine because of the time I’m supposed to let it soak in - can’t walk around - but worth it if it helps me sleep better!
