PAUME Probiotic Hand Balm, Non-Greasy, Fast Absorbing, Long Lasting Hydration, Improve Skin Tone, 2 oz

I thought I'd love this balm that should be called Lotion. But i don't. I like it and will probably casually use it here and there, but it's definitely not my go to. It has a VERY strong scent that is borderline medicinal? Though that's not quite right but is the closest thing i can currently compare it to. And it lingers a good long while which is impressive. As for is moisturizering properties, i found it lacking. It dried out faster than i thought it would (again should be called Lotion, not balm) and i needed to reapply more often than my normal Lotion for the same hydrated feeling. So i think it falls short.

Although this product is labeled as a balm, it definitely has a thinner consistency like a lotion. It is easy to apply and absorbs relatively quickly, but I found that it also dries out a little quicker than I expected. I find myself needing to reapply much more often with this cream than others. It also has a pretty strong herbal/lemongrass like scent that tends to linger, which I found to be a little much. It also claims to improve skin tone, but I really haven't noticed much of a difference there either. Overall, it is just an okay product that provides some light hydration. Not worth the price in my opinion.

I live in a very dry climate and need to wash my hands a lot, so finding a good moisturizing hand cream is important. This cream definitely meets my needs. I had a few dry patches that have been hard to clear up, but with regular use of this hand cream they are gone. I use it morning and night with occasional spot treatment if needed. The herbal smell is strong, but wears off after the lotion is absorbed. The lotion absorbs quickly and doesn't leave an oily or thick residue. Although, this hand cream is pricey, I will purchase again because it works well and I don't need to apply as often throughout the day.

This is a bit of a smaller sized lotion. The smell reminds me of lavender, it’s a bit strong at first, but the scent dissipates rather quickly. This does not leave your skin feeling oily. I notice all day moisture when I use this. This is a bit pricey though.
