Having an allergic reaction to something in the conditioner, Any idea what it might be?

I can use the shampoo and don't get an allergic reaction, but the conditioner is causing hives on my face. I think the shampoo also gives me some eye sensitivity. Not sure if it is the tea tree. Do not know what ingredients I might be having a problem with? I do find the smell to be too strong for my liking. ARE THERE "FRAGRANCES" IN THIS PRODUCT OR IS IT ONLY SCENTED WITH ESSENTIAL OILS?

I have wavy/curly white girl hair that gets weighed down by most curly products. This shampoo & conditioner is AMAZING! My curls are bouncy & my hair looks great! I like the scent but I’m sure it’s perhaps not for everyone (it’s not a sweet or flowwry scent). I love that my hair is both clean & moisturized but isn’t weighed down! Will buy again!
